Whipped Avocado Ricotta Toast

This delicious combination of Seeded Multigrain bread topped with whipped avocado ricotta  and sprinkled with toasted seeds, chilli flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil is the perfect nutritious treat.

Ingredients: 

 

  • Baker’s Choice Seeded Multigrain Bread

  • 1 Avocado

  • 250g Ricotta

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 tsp of agave or honey

  • Mixed toasted seeds

  • 1/2 a lime

  • Chilli flakes

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Edible flowers (optional!)

Method:

 

  1. Toast your bread with a little olive oil & butter on the pan.
  2. In the meantime, pop an avocado, the ricotta, a garlic clove, 1/2 tsp of agave, a good shake of salt and pepper, the juice of half a lime into your food processor and whip until smooth.
  3. Taste and season again if needed.
  4. Pipe the whipped avocado ricotta mix onto your toast, top with toasted seeds, chilli flakes, a drizzle of olive oil and some edible flowers if you have them.
